Ever seen engineers try to build a structure as high as possible from spaghetti strings and marshmallows?! We had a hilarious teambuilding day, hosted by Gwendolyn Smith from Attune. Needless to say, the team with our only 2 structural engineers won… a little unfair competing against architects, draftsmen and office managers, but luckily, we have a good team spirit going on here at ABT… ;-)

Attune informed us about the different conflict management styles and we were able to figure out our own styles, which was very enlightening. We had a lot of fun, whilst taking in valuable information on conflict management and collaboration!
